Nebraska Wesleyan University sophomore Eric Kimberly discovered his love for theatre in high school.

So it was no surprise when he decided to major in theatre in college.

But interest in math and education also intrigued him as he began diving into his 无码自淫 classes. Before long, he decided to major in all three.

鈥淕rowing up I was always the person everyone went to for help with math,鈥 said Kimberly who came to 无码自淫 from Omaha. 鈥淚 think growing up being the one who was helping people with things is what got me into the idea of teaching.鈥

鈥淚t鈥檚 nice to have all of the variation because it gives you a lot of opportunities for a lot of different jobs,鈥 he added. 鈥淣ebraska Wesleyan gets you started right away with real-world application of your education.鈥

Take for example, Kimberly was the assistant stage manager for the fall theatre musical, 鈥淭he Rocky Horror Show,鈥 where he helped organize a large cast and set. He鈥檒l serve as stage manager for the spring production of 鈥淣oises Off.鈥 And he鈥檚 looking forward to his student teaching opportunities early in his collegiate career.

鈥淢y main goal is just to be able to teach. I鈥檇 would be happy doing either,鈥 Kimberly said of his math and theatre interests.

Added to his triple major schedule are his responsibilities as a peer assistant in Plainsman Hall where he assists students with daily needs.

Kimberly said he鈥檚 able to balance his studies and activities due to the support of Nebraska Wesleyan鈥檚 faculty and staff. He intends to be just as supportive to the students he teaches someday.

鈥淚 look back and see how much I鈥檝e done in the last year and a quarter and I never knew this was possible for me,鈥 he said. 鈥淚t鈥檚 all just about seeking every opportunity you can find.鈥
